7th & 8th grade ELA/Social Studies Teacher
This is my second year of teaching English Language Development at COA middle school. Overall I have 3 years of teaching experience. I received my B.A. and teaching credential from Sacramento State University. I enjoy music, reading, and traveling.
Educational Philosophy: I believe that every child is unique and has the ability to progress and succeed. As an educator I want to help students meet their fullest potential, and gain the skills necessary to grow intellectually and socially. I will guide students and provide them with the tools they need in order to improve in their reading, writing, and speaking abilities. I also believe that having a safe, stimulating, and student centered environment is crucial to the students academic success.
