Albert Frankel loves working here at COA with his fellow educators, administrators, and most especially, the students and families of COA. He graduated with High Honors from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. While there, he earned a Single Subject Teaching Credential in History, as well as a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. This has given him the tools to not only teach general education of all subjects, but the concentrated instruction that individual subjects require. His love of teaching was inspired by his father, who was also a teacher, and some wonderful teachers he had growing up. His goal is to have that same impact on his students. His other job is being a husband and father. His wife, Heather, as well as his three children, Michael, Spencer, and Sadie, help to keep him focused and excited to be a teacher. He is very involved with Scouting BSA. In his free time, he likes to read and go camping with his family and friends.
