I feel honored to work as the Site Manager for the COA Middle School. Although I am new to the job, I am a veteran educator having worked in the field of education for over 23 years.

I was born and raised in Ukraine. From a very young age I loved and excelled in math. Having graduated with honors from Kamenets-Pododolsk (KP) High School, I continued my studies and received a Master's Degree from the KP State University. Shortly after, I got my first teaching assignment as a teacher of mathematics and physics at a local middle school where I worked for three years.

While teaching, I continued to further my education, and in 1997 I successfully completed the graduate level coursework at the Institute of Mathematics of Ukraine and received a Doctorate Degree in physical and mathematical sciences. Since then, I started teaching at a college level first working as an assistant professor, then a professor, and later as the head of the Department of Algebra and Mathematical Analysis at the KP State University. Over the years, I have published more than 100 scientific articles and research papers. I also co-authored a textbook titled "Linear Algebra for Students of Physics and Mathematics".

In 2012 I moved to Sacramento, CA, where I purposefully continued to work in the field of education. From the start, I was hired as a teacher at a Russian Language Saturday School, I am working on obtaining my full California teacher credential in order to become a certified math teacher.

As a Site Manager here at COA middle school, my main responsibilities are taking care of facilities and managing student discipline. We have a great team of dedicated and talented staff. Together we work hard to provide the best education for our students. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or concerns.

I look forward to a successful school year!
